ePortfolio Review

My first thought when required to make an online portfolio was that it clearly wasn’t my cup of tea. I tend to be more conservative about technology, and doing my work and establishing more of a presence online is not exactly something I am excited about. That being said, I understand and appreciate the pros of having this system, and in time, I will get used to it and have more and more fun with my classmates through this system. Looking at the other people in this class, I love the enthusiasm and the various pictures of their animals. I especially like Jamie’s chickens because chickens are adorable and I’ve always wanted some.

    Terry,

Your site looks pretty good. I enjoyed learning more about you on your About Me page. I like to read books on philosophy, psychology, and politics, too. Tell me some of your favorite authors.

As you complete your blogs, please don’t forget to post the link to the class page, and please reach out with any questions. Thank you for your openness regarding the ePortfolio. I had a similar reaction to the shift online, but I’ve come around to appreciate the ePortfolio’s many strengths.

Some of my favorite authors include Plato, Jonathan Haidt, Hermann Hesse, David Brooks, Sigmund Freud, Poe, and a ton of others.. I read a lot when I can do it on my own and have books that I can choose and relate to.
